IPO’s. Rivera is known as a dynamic teacher of sales and 
leadership excellence, as well as transformational executive and consultant. Through the concepts in this 
book and countless other programs he’s built, Rivera has lived out his passion for constant learning and serving
 people through his leadership and development of 
thousands around the globe. Richard lives with
 his wife and five amazing children 
in Austin, Texas.
